While we wish we could have a preset exclusion list set up, what is considered low and high FODMAPis so varied that it’s difficult to do so under just one FODMAP label.

The best way to craft a Low-FODMAP meal plan is to choose those exclusions yourself in Settings > My Meal Plan based on what your physician has provided.
