  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 1/2 cups cream
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

  4. Add whisked together ingredients to already running ice cream machine. Process according to instructions of your machine.
  5. Pack into a freezer safe container. When serving, top with a pinch of allspice.
