Black Bean Nachos

Ingredients
- 4 green onions
- 2 avocados
- 1 c cooked black beans
- parchment paper
- 6 c tortilla chips, plus more to taste
- 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c salsa
- 3/4 c full fat Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Dice the green onions. Peel, pit, and chop the avocados. Drain beans and set aside.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange chips into a thin layer. Top with cheese and beans.
- Place nachos in oven for 3-5 minutes or until cheese has just melted.
- Remove nachos and garnish with green onions, avocado, salsa, and yogurt.
- Serve immediately.
