How to Set Up Your Low FODMAP Diet Type

To select the FODMAP diet type, you will need to add the FODMAP Everday subscription to your account.

Add the FODMAP Everyday subscription to your account

  • Login to your account through thewebsite
  • Click on theCrown iconin the upper right corner of the screen to upgrade your subscription
  • Click the circle next to the FODMAP Everyday add-on subscription
    • If you do not see it as an option initially, click Browse all to explore all available recipe collections
  • ClickAdd to cart
  • Complete thecheckoutprocess
    • This will add the FODMAP Everyday recipe collection to your account and allow you to access the FODMAP diet type in your Settings

How to set up your low FODMAP diet

You will need to select the FODMAP diet type on your Diet and Schedule page.

  • Access your Settings
    • Click thegear iconin the upper right corner of the website
  • Click on My Meal Plan
  • Select FODMAP from the diet type drop down list
  • Make any changes you need to on the Diet and Schedule page
  • Click Saveat the bottom of the Diet and Schedule page to apply your changes

Confirm your changes

  • Update my plan
    • Applies your changes to the current week and future weeks
    • This overwrites your entire plan, including the current week
  • Update my future plan
    • Applies your changes on the following week’s meal plan
    • The current week will not change

How to apply a low FODMAP template

If you don’t need to customize your schedule or add any other dietary restrictions, you can select from our pre-made templates that provide a week of meals with 3 meals each day to help you rock your low FODMAP meal plan. After the one-week template ends, the meal planner will use the schedule you have selected to create a meal plan for you.

  • Access your Settings
    • Click thegear iconin the upper right corner of the website
  • Click on My Meal Plan
  • Click onMeal Plan Templatesin the menu on the left side
  • Use the drop down arrow toPick a template;choose from:
    • FODMAP Everyday Basics: Recipes that help you get started on your FODMAP journey
    • FODMAP Quick and Easy: Recipes that save you time in the kitchen
    • FODMAP Plant Based: Plant based recipes for your low FODMAP meals
  • Select theweekfor which to apply the selected template
    • The template will begin on the first day of the selected week
  • ClickApply Template
  • Click Planner to view your new meal plan

Remove a low FODMAP Template

If you have a week when you would like a different plan, you can remove the template for that week.

  • Access your Settings
    • Click thegear iconin the upper right corner of the website
  • Click on My Meal Plan
  • Click onMeal Plan Templatesin the menu on the left side
  • Click the X next to the week that you would like to remove
    • Confirm that you want to remove the template from that week
    • This will remove the template only from that week
    • To remove them from all weeks, you will need to click the x next to each week
  • Click Planner to view your new meal plan
  • You will need to manually schedule recipes or allow the meal planner to select them for you
