  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. dried sage
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil, or fat of choice


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients (except coconut oil). Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  2. Form into patties.
  3. Melt coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  4. In small batches, cook until browned on both sides, cooked all the way through, and an internal temperature of 165F is reached. Serve.
