Sautéed Broccoli

Of all the ways to prepare broccoli, this is the go-to recipe for most. Simple, yet stupidly delicious every time.

Sautéed Broccoli


  • 4 tbsp. refined coconut oil
  • 2 heads broccoli
  • 1/4 c coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp. granulated garlic
  • 1 tbsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt


  1. Pour oil into large pan and set heat to medium.
  2. Slice broccoli stems into 1/4 inch discs and cut broccoli crown into bite-sized florets.
  3. Add stems to pan once oil is hot. Be cautious of oil splashing. Allow to cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add florets to pan. Stir broccoli to ensure all pieces get coated with oil.
  5. Add coconut aminos to pan and stir until evenly distributed.
  6. Sprinkle garlic granules, onion powder, and salt evenly over broccoli and stir for a minute.
  7. Sauté for another 2-3 minutes, and then remove pan from heat.
