How to Change Your Equipment Settings (Mobile)

If you want to see recipes in your Recipe Box that use specific appliances you have on hand, you will need to make sure that you update your equipment settings.

Please note, you will not see any recipes in your Recipe Box that require the use of these types of equipment if they are not selected in your Advanced Settings.

If you are using the mobile app, you will follow the steps below to change your Advanced Settings.If you are using the website, pleaseclickhere.

Access your Advanced Settings

To access your Advanced Settings on the mobile app,

  • Click the gear icon (this is where you access your settings)
  • ClickMeal PlanorWhole30 Meal Plan
  • Click onAdvanced Settings

Select your equipment

Use the toggle to identify any of the listed appliances that you have available in your kitchen. Green means that you have the equipment and gray means that you do not want to see recipes that use that equipment.

  • Slow Cooker
    • Select if you would like to include recipes in the planner that require the use of aslow cooker
  • Pressure Cooker
    • Select if you would like to include recipes in the planner that require the use of apressure cooker
  • Sous Vide
    • Select if you would like to include recipes in the planner that require the use of asous vide
  • Air Fryer
    • Select if you would like to include recipes in the planner that require the use of anair fryer
  • Food Processor
    • Select if you would like to include recipes in the planner that require the use of afood processor
  • Blender
    • Select if you would like to include recipes in the planner that require the use of ablender
  • Waffle Iron
    • Select if you would like to include recipes in the planner that require the use of awaffle iron

Save changes

  • ClickUpdate

Pro Tip:if you are using calendar meal planning, some of the changes made on this page will remove all of the recipes that are currently scheduled and replace them with new recipes. Be sure to make the changes before you have shopped for the week.
