Miso Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
- parchment paper
- 1 inch fresh ginger
- 4 green onions
- 1/4 bunch cilantro
- 2 tbsp. miso paste
- 2 tbsp. white wine
- 1 tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 1/2 lb salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Position oven rack in upper third of oven; preheat broiler. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Peel and mince ginger, slice green onions thinly, and chop cilantro.
- Whisk miso, white wine, fish sauce, and ginger in a small bowl until smooth.
- Using a sharp knife, slice salmon into serving portions. Use tweezers to remove any visible bones.
- Place salmon fillets, skin-side down, in the prepared pan. Brush generously with miso mixture.
- Broil salmon, 3-4 inches from the heat source, until opaque in the center with an internal temperature of 145F, 6-8 minutes.
- Serve immediately garnished with the sesame seeds, green onions, and cilantro.
