Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. fennel seeds
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground sage
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil
Instructions
- Combine pork, garlic powder, and all spices in a large bowl. Mix until uniform.
- Using clean hands, form pork mixture into 2 ounce patties (golf ball sized).
- Place coconut oil in a heavy bottomed pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for approximately 3–4 minutes per side until lightly browned and cooked through.
