Ingredients
- 2 green apples
- 1/2 tsp. grated ginger
- 2 frozen bananas
- 4 handfuls baby spinach
- 1 tbsp. raw honey
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 c coconut water
Instructions
- Core, peel, and chop the apple. Peel and finely grate the ginger.
- Combine all ingredient in a blender until smooth.
- Serve.
