Do you need to be on the GAPS Full Diet? The GAPS Diet is a temporary diet that eliminates hard to digest carbohydrates, toxic food additives, and foods that are difficult to digest. These foods are removed to heal the gut. By healing the gut, chronic conditions such as autism, celiacs, food allergies, environmental allergies, eczema, and autoimmune disorders can be healed.

What if your whole family isn’t GAPS?
No problem, you simply set your diet as GAPS, but then you can access ALL of the other Real Plans recipes – over 1600! – at any time without changing your plan.
As a subscriber, you can refine your settings and exclude certain food groups or ingredients until your plan is perfect for you. Real Plans will then create a realistic meal plan that your whole family can (and will want to!) eat.
