  • quick and delicious. The only thing to chop is the onion! This was super easy and turned out delicious.

  • Simple, quick, and the whole family loved it! Very easy to prepare, quick cooking time, added some shredded cheese on top of each serving, and served with the suggested cornbread. It was a hit and we will definitely put this on our regular rotation!

  • Easy and delicious. I doubled the meat and beans and left out the corn. Also added 1.5x amount of spice, and about 1/4 cup broth. Served with Simple Guacamole.
