Ingredients

  • 2 limes

  • 2 fennel bulbs
  • 1/4 bunch kale

  • 4 c frozen mangos

  • 2 c frozen pineapple
  • 
1 cucumber

6 tablespoons hemp seeds

Instructions

  1. Juice limes. Chop fennel bulbs. Remove stems from kale leaves.
  2. Place all the ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into glasses and serve immediately.
