How the Daily Macro Tracker works
To use the Daily Macro Tracker, set goals for how much fat, protein, carbohydrate, and calories you want to eat.
Then, once real life has happened, you can edit how many portions you ate in one meal. The tracker displays the general breakdown of macronutrients: your daily intake of fat, protein, and carbs.
Goals are color-coded. With a quick glance, you’ll know if you hit your target for the day. And if you find yourself snacking on an off-plan avocado before dinner, simply add it to the tracker.
