Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 pink grapefruit
- 1 c frozen raspberries
- 1 egg
- 2 egg yolks
Instructions
- Freeze the banana (peeled and sliced) in advance.
- Juice the grapefruits, discard skins.
- Place frozen banana, grapefruit juice, frozen raspberries, egg, and egg yolks in a blender and process until smooth, then serve immediately.
