Whole30 Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 2/3 c mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 inches anchovies, packed in oil and finely chopped
- 1 large lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. coconut aminos
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
Instructions
- By Hand: Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl until fully combined.
- If Blending: Add all ingredients to a tall cup or bowl. Blend with an immersion blender on low until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a jar and refrigerate until you're ready to serve.
Recipe Notes
- On the Whole30 diet, you can eat mayo made with compliant ingredients like avocado or olive oil, eggs, and vinegar, without added sugar, soy, or preservatives, or opt for approved brands like Primal Kitchen or Chosen Foods.
