quick and delicious. The only thing to chop is the onion! This was super easy and turned out delicious.

Simple, quick, and the whole family loved it! Very easy to prepare, quick cooking time, added some shredded cheese on top of each serving, and served with the suggested cornbread. It was a hit and we will definitely put this on our regular rotation!

Easy and delicious. I doubled the meat and beans and left out the corn. Also added 1.5x amount of spice, and about 1/4 cup broth. Served with Simple Guacamole.
Kristen
Made it without the salt & doubled all the seasoning as we like lots of chili flavor. Topped with fresh jalapeños & avocado. Serve over rice or my personal fav – top with a big handful of crunchy, plain coleslaw mix.
