For breakfast, with lunch, or as an afternoon pick-me-up, cherry coconut smoothies are a great way to curb your sweet tooth. Frozen cherries make this smoothie enjoyable year round but if you are able to find fresh cherries, it will be even more yummy. If coconut milk isn’t your favorite or there are allergies, you can use almond milk (or even regular milk if tolerated) instead.
Make these smoothies even more kid-friendly by using popsicle molds to freeze into tasty treats. With no artificial ingredients or nasty food coloring, you can offer these popsicles alongside an afternoon snack to look like the “cool parent” guilt-free!

Put the Lime in Coconut…Overall, I liked this. I used sweet cherries and it still seemed a bit tart.
Maybe less lime, as I could taste that. It’s a small shake. If you’re going to have it for breakfast, I’d double the recipe or have something else with it. I enjoyed it and will make it again.

Kids liked it. It was a bit tart, I will use less lime juice next time.
