Jamaican Jerk Chicken

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 lb chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. jerk seasoning
- 2 limes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F. Brush chicken with oil and sprinkle with jerk seasoning. Place in a shallow roasting pan and bake 30 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165F is reached.
- While the chicken is cooking, cut lime into wedges. Squeeze lime wedges over chicken and serve hot.

Oh my!
I haven’t eaten a lot of Jamacian jerk style food in my life-but, oh my! It was so good and so easy! I made my own seasoning by googling the recipe. Im trying to find more things to use the seasoning in. I only used half the cayene pepper in the seasoning recipe because I dont like things too hot. I just love all the flavors together!

Maybe it was the jerk seasoning we used but we all thought it was kinda plain! May try again with a more saucy version of jerk flavor as opposed to just powder next time.
