Whole30 Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2/3 c mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 inches anchovies, packed in oil and finely chopped
  • 1 large lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. coconut aminos
  • 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. By Hand: Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl until fully combined.

  2. If Blending: Add all ingredients to a tall cup or bowl. Blend with an immersion blender on low until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a jar and refrigerate until you're ready to serve.
