CORE OR MODIFIED AIP?

No matter what elimination variation or phase of AIP you find yourself in, Real Plans can adapt to your needs. If you are in the elimination phase, you can simply select either Core or Modified AIP as your diet and then add any additional exclusions to account for taste or additional sensitivities (like coconut, onions, or mushrooms).

When you have moved on to the reintroduction phase, you can add foods to your original elimination template (either Core or Modified AIP) as you successfully incorporate them (like butter, eggs, or potatoes).
