Add a Template
- ClickPlannerin the upper left corner
- Click the drop down arrow on the right side of the screen and selectView Templates

Use the drop down arrow to Pick your template
- Select Whole30 Default Meal Plan

Pick thestart day for your Whole30 using the calendar icon
- This is the day when the template will begin

Select if you would like to overwrite your existing plan or add to your existing plan
- If you select Overwrite existing plan, all of the recipes that have been scheduled will be removed, and the template recipes are added;if there is a recipe scheduled that week that you wish to keep, you may want to print the plan for that week or make a note of it before you make this change
- If you add select Add to existing plan, the template recipes will be added to the meal plan, while leaving the recipes that have been scheduled on the plan as well
- Click Apply Template
Remove a Template
If you have a week when you would like a different plan, you can remove the template for that week.
- ClickPlannerin the upper left corner
- Click the drop down arrow on the right side of the screen and selectView Templates
- Click the X next to the week that you would like to remove
- Confirm that you want to remove the template from that week
- This will remove the template only from that week
- To remove them from all weeks, you will need to click the x next to each week
- Close the pop-up window
- You will need to manually schedule recipes or allow the meal planner to select them for you
