Customizing your weekly schedule is the perfect way to ensure you’re given a Meal Plan that best matches your busy lifestyle.
Simply click on the gear icon at the bottom right of the app screen and navigate to “Customize meal plan and diet”.
Select “Customize my plan”.
Continue to advance through the food groups and ingredients pages, making any changes you would like along the way, until you get to the “Schedule” page.From here, toggle any meal slot on or off by tapping on its ON/OFF switch. Only meals that are turned ON will be scheduled in your weekly meal planner.
To customize each meal even further, click on “Add Filter”. You can learn about customizing your Meal Planner using filters here.
Want to add a recurring weekly note? Click “+Add Note” next to your preferred day of the week. Then, choose the meal slot in which you’d like your note to appear. In the available field, enter your recurring note and press “Done”.
Your note will now appear in your weekly Schedule. To change your note, simply click on it and enter your new text.
When you are finished, click “Continue”. Be sure to click “Update my plan” or “Update my future plan” (if you want to keep the current week the way it was) to apply your note. (Please keep in mind that applying these changes will repopulate your meal planner.)
