The best way to craft a Low-FODMAP meal plan is to select or change your diet type in Settings->My Meal Plan based on what your physician has provided.

What if your dietary needs change and the diet you selected no longer works for you?

No worries! You can change your diet type at any time by visiting Settings->My Meal Plan.
