Who says grandma’s home-cooking can’t be good for you? A traditional real foodie knows that old-fashioned cooking methods result in healthy, delicious nourishment, but just because your cooking is old-school, doesn’t mean your menu has to be.
Our traditional meal plans include everything from simple casseroles and soups to slow-cooked exotic (but easy) ethnic dishes and fun foods like pizza and nacho night – all real food style.

Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. In fact, you can access ALL of the Real Plans recipes – over 1600! – at any time with changing your plan. So if you even if you have vegetarian, paleo, and regular real food eaters under one roof, you only need ONE meal plan.
When you login for the first time, you can set your options for what you eat and don’t eat, how many mouths you feed, and more. At any point you can refine your settings and exclude certain food groups or ingredients until your plan is perfect for you. Real Plans will then create a realistic meal plan that your whole family can (and will want to!) eat.
