The system automatically cancels your subscription if your card fails to charge after 3 attempts.
We keep your recipes and meal plans archived for 12 months after your last payment – so you can re-join at any time to pick up where you left off. Simply purchase a new subscription with your new credit card details and provided you use the same email in the order as your login email, your subscription is reactivated and you see all your own recipes, shopping lists and history.
